Twelve Reasons Hotel

This historical building features 19th-century architecture. The interior is designed in a classic style with European minimalism, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Impressive public areas and high-quality rooms contribute to the overall appeal of the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel due to restrictions on the preservation of the historic building. However, guests can enjoy the bar, which consists of two halls. Collaborating with the nearby restaurant Latuk, Twelve Reasons offers a breakfast option at a favorable price.

The rooms are designed to maintain a cohesive style while each having their own unique characteristics. During our stay, we experienced the Wooden Room (19 m2), which offered a comfortable bed and a work area complete with a chair and a desk. The room`s standout feature was the exposed wooden bars, adding a touch of countryside.

The European-style bathroom was equipped with a shower. The price for the room was 15000 rubles (169 USD) per night for two people, excluding meals.

For those drawn to a more dynamic ambiance, rooms with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows are also available. The corner rooms, in particular, offer maximum access to natural light.

The hotel has a hospitable staff, providing service on par with the best hotel chains.

Overall, the hotel deserves a high rating of 9/10. One suggestion for improvement would be to add LED lighting to the fireplace (fire). Additionally, incorporating structural wooden flooring would enhance the comfort level for guests.
