Pilkington is the world`s largest manufacturer of architectural glass, based in the United Kingdom, with representation and production in Russia (firstinglass.ru). Engagement period: 2018 to 2022. The first phase involved gathering and analyzing information and preparing reports. The request was for potential buyers (demand) in various countries worldwide and the existing constraints (certifications, standards, etc.).

The second stage involved collecting real projects, preparing a project list, and submitting them for approval to Pilkington`s managers. Upon a positive assessment (a product suitable for implementation), contacts were sought, including directors, owners, architects, and others.

The commercial proposal was compiled and translated into English by my spouse. The completed materials were sent to the recipient, minimizing prolonged and unnecessary correspondence (direct contact). The number of trips was kept to a minimum.

Over the course of 5 years of collaboration, we worked across a large geographic range. The company expanded into new countries and secured sales. I had to work with local languages. See the reference letter below.
